Knee Pain

Knee pain is an extremely common complaint and there could be many causes associated with knee pain. Many people sustain injuries which damage tissues in the knee; others experience pain from normal “wear and tear” on the joint and tissues. Pain in the knee may not even be the primary source or cause of the pain. Foot, ankle, hip, or back dysfunction may cause stress on the knee resulting in pain.  It is important to make an accurate diagnosis of the cause of your symptoms so that appropriate treatment can be directed at the cause.
